Oh Show Cafe ( Oushou Kajuen Chokuei )
This cafe is the origin of "morning parfait" in Yamagata. Directly managed by an orchard, the parfait is famous for its parfait, which uses plenty of seasonal fruits grown in-house. The company boasts annual sales of approximately 23,000 cherry parfaits.
