Hitomi Winery

A unique winery located in Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture. We specialize in producing unfiltered ``cloudy wine,'' which is rare in Japan. In addition to the winery tour, the natural yeast bread and wine yeast bread from the on-site bakery are also popular. There is also an art museum attached.
